Pelton Park - Sandusky, Ohio

Pelton Park is a small 20 acre community park located off Hull Road in Perkins Township and is one of the Erie Metroparks of Erie County.  This park (photos shown below) features several circular trails through a heavily wooded oak tree area. Amidst a growing commercial and residential area, the park has a picnic area with picnic tables and outdoor grill. The rustic woodland trails are uneven compacted earth with some fairly steep and slippery inclines. The walking trails are not senior friendly.
