Churches of Milan, Ohio 

The village of Milan and Milan Township currently has nine separate stand alone churches as listed below along with other various meeting places that hold services in the area. The earliest recorded meeting of a church group in the Milan area where the Presbyterians in 1818 at Spears Corners. The Presbyterians also have the distinction of having built the first church in Milan in 1837, although it eventually was destroyed by a fire. The oldest standing church in Milan, Ohio is St. Anthony's Catholic Church which was constructed in 1866 (see photos below).
